- 400g minced beef
- tsp mixed herbs (optional but nice)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion very finely diced
- half a dry veg stock cube (ground up)
- 1 egg beaten to bind mixture together
|served here with vegetables and gravy but also
lovely used with spagetti and sauce
Very easy… put all the ingrediants together in a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
When all the ingredients are evenly mixed, make into 1 inch round meatballs (about 24) and place on baking tray (NO oil needed).
Bake on gas mark 4 until cooked (brown).
