Corned beef rissoles recipe 2


This recipe is tasty and so simple,the carrot and potato really add to the flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin corned beef
  • breadcrumbs
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 2 medium potatoes, shredded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • half a beef stock cube

Method:

  1. Put chopped corned beef in a pan and warm adding small amounts of shredded veg to bind, continue until all veg is used
  2. Grind in half stock cube and stir in
  3. remove mixture from pan and drain through a sieve or cloth to remove excess moisture
  4. Form into small crochet shapes and roll in bread crumbs…. and set aside
  5. Put on baking tray (not greased) and warm through (gas mark 4) for 20 to 25 minutes
